Methodology

How findings are curated

Evidence strength

Strong: consistent relevant human evidence led by reviews or multiple good trials.

Moderate: multiple generally consistent human studies with meaningful limitations.

Limited: few, small, indirect, observational, or methodologically limited studies.

Conflicting: relevant human studies disagree without a clear resolution.

Insufficient: no adequate human evidence for the claim.

Strength is editorially curated; it is never calculated from paper count alone.

Sources & process

Claims are bundled, reviewed statements. Each claim links to its exact source. Government fact sheets and guidance are labeled as such; they are not primary trials.

Library topics carry a hand-written verdict; the ingest only decides which papers appear beneath it and in what order. Unknown ingredients are disclosed. Findings are about ingredients, not product brands.
